bass-n-fire I have read this and your other thread and I was thinking if are you sure that there is not a old washer there?, sometimes it is like "glued" to the banjo fitting and you cant see them. Just my 0.02
Have not checked to make sure there is not an "extra" washer on the banjo bolt, but I will check that as well. I did tighten the banjo bolt a week or so ago. I will check that again as well. I will get with NAS and check on the kits. Thanks for all of the input. I will post an update as soon as I have one.
Here is an update for my problem. This morning I dried out the valley, took my mirror and flashlight, and attempted to locate my fuel leak. I found 3 leaks, the biggest being where the drain valve connects to the filter housing, one is leaking around the bolt that I replaced the sensor (located on the driver side of the fuel bowl) with, and the 3rd leak is coming from the lower fuel line (located at the front of the fuel bowl, where you have the 2 stacked on top of each other). I just ordered the oring kit and fuel line kit from NAS.
I didn't see any other leaks, especially around the banjo bolt. But I will definitely keep looking. Diesel fuel is too expensive to let it run out on the ground.

Thanks a lot for all of the help and suggestions.
I hope you havent cracked the FPR when you plugged it, if so you can use JB weld. or maybe you only need teflon tape in the plug.
