Fuel Filter o-ring
Has anyone had to replace the small o-ring on the end of the fuel pump when changing the frame mounted filter? It is the one that seals inside the filter. I pulled my filter off to change it and the o-ring was cut. I called the dealer and to get the o-ring I have to buy the whole filter/pump unit. About $350 for an o-ring!

I have never had to replace it. But you should be able to take the old cut one to any good parts store and find a replacement. They should have a box of them with different sizes to choose from. I doubt you will be able to work into a parts store and ask for one for the fuel pump, you'll just have to find it out of their bulk box.
