only thing I can tell you, is that is what our contact at the state said. I would rather be prepared for a big storm, and it flop, than not prepareing, and get caught with your pants down. the state was "pre treating" all the major roads today, basicly a sheet of liquid salt, put on the roads, left to dry. saposed to melt the snow/ice before it can lay on the road.
