i have a 167k on my ranger w/4.0 v-6. and i just run the 5w30 castrol high miles laced with slick 50. my wife before i moved out here was puttin pennzoil in it. that changed real fast.

Well, I think I'm just really more thankful for what I already have, and am looking forward to spending time with family and friends - rather than buying a bunch of stuff that people really don't want or need.

5 w 30 castrol for that kind of mileage, be sure to use a motorcraft filter, and don't forget to grease your fittings as well
