well, I could be here all night, but the ones that really get me are when they're missing products out of their shipments... have no idea why they call ME? Do I look like the distribution warehouse? Can I manufacture a tube of Valentine Red lipstick that is no longer available? Or drive over with 12 bottles of bubble bath that didn't get loaded in the box? Give me a break!

oooh and the one called me today~~ the item that her customer ordered is no longer available (vendor couldn't keep up with our demand), and had already prepaid for it. Ready for the question ---- 'how do I give her her money back???' Ummm, the same way she handed it to you to start with, maybe?
