2 things

alright i have to semi issues, 1.) abs light just turned on, used to turn on intermitently for a couple days back in the summer and go off, now its on a min after i start the truck, WTH.

2.)on the passenger side of my truck with the lovely D50 in there, when i hit bumps, wich is 90% of massachusettes might i add, there is like a wiggle, bump, something loose. its driving me nuts, and i can here it, its not on my side of the floor but when ever i let the woman drive, i go insane from the floor semi vibrating over bumps, everything is tight under the truck thoe from when i did my leaf springs, i inspected everthing i belive!

99% of the time an abs light on our trucks is a rear speed sensor or the rabs valve itself

well a "wiggle bump" is a hard sound to diag wihtout hearing it, but, i will try.

-when you did the springs did they come with new bushings?

-did you also replace the bushings in the front spring pivot hangars?

-what is the condition of your axle pivot bushings?

-shock mounts wore out?

-last thing i can thinkn of is check to make sure the rivots on the rear spring mount are not moving on the frame

ps-i love the dana 50....lol

My guesses would be speed sensor & front sway bar end link.

yes i did all new bushings and hard ware, the mounts in the front are solid and were a bitch to re-aligne lol

my shocks suck, but there still functional, im almost positive that there still oem, the rears are falling appart but the fronts are still intact.

and the rivits are solid on the rear mounts

and i know you like the D50 joe lol thats why i was watching my tounge when i was describing the awsome symptom im getting lol its really annoyin when driving down the road, you can physically hear the noise as well as the floor bump. i really dont know how to explaine it.

and tbone, i do not have a package were i have sway bars, its just my leafys and a direct bolt on to the crossmember to the axel.

Are you certain that it's not the downpipe hitting the floor when you hit a bump? I would certainly check that. You would feel that on the passenger side a lot more than on the drivers side. Just my .02.

p.s. when my right front bed mount bolt came loose it felt like a right front end problem and felt in the passenger floor board.

x2.. fender bolts can cause a lot of grief finding. Tightening these on both sides is certainly a cheap an easy fix ...
