So... does the FRx get rid of air in the fuel???? If it uses a bleed orifice like the Dino Fuel Alt CCK mod, then I'd say it is a secondary means to rid air from the fuel. I do not beleive a bleed orifice alone can handle the amount of air ingested as a result of the poor fuel line design. I'd consider it a must to do the the in tank mods in conjunction with the FRx or CCK mods to adequately address fuel delivery quality issues.

I have done the intake and pre pump mods about 4 years ago. All is done and great order there. Just lookin to continue the fuel delivery improvements. Bleed off any air and increase fuel pressure . Hopefully throttle response and economy if poss too
The FRx is B20 compatible out of the box, and is made with fuel line that is more compatible than stock so you shouldn't have any trouble running even higher percentages than that. If you are worried and need B99 rated give us a call and we could build you one as a special order. The block on the FRx was machined to be "shimmed" for better fuel pressure so there is no adjusting or grinding off heads of screws. It comes with everything you need for a complete install; new o-ring, longer screws and instructions will be up shortly.
So there is a fuel pressure regulator inside the return block and all the fuel returns to the tank via that block?
Do you block off the factory one at the filter housing?

Dan,I think its the same setup as the factory with the spring and plunger, retainer, thingamabob. That regulates the fuel pressure.Just made into a new block at a higher pressure (65psi I think).
I finally got my RiffRaff FRX installed and I have to say that, once all the air was worked out,(only about 15-20 miles of driving) the improvements were extremely noticable. My truck runs smooter, quieter, and it even starts quicker. Installation was very straight forward. The FRX is completely assembled and everything lines up great. This is something I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
So it looks like this weekend I will be dropping the tank to do the in tank mods... Then shortly after I will be getting the kit from Clay... Any word yet on when clay is gonna come put with his version of the in tank mods??

I am waiting on the intank for a while to do more testing and see exactly how we want to do it. I would suggest the DI Intank Kit since you get what you need at a good price.
