Hanger Systems
Are the Hanger lift systems just as good as the New Spring pack systems? i dont understand the diff. but notice the price is almost the same. Would it be better to go new springs then resell the stock leafs to get some $$ back? Im just wondering the diff between the 2 are and which one would be better to go with? (2001 250 V10) Thanks Jaret

2001 superduty,
I went with the Icon 4.5" hanger system on my '04 and the ride is better than factory. The hanger systems use the stock springs ( the spring rate may change a little), where the leaf kits will use new leafs to give you your desired lift. I went with the hanger system because I wanted to keep the factory ride and payload. The rear of the truck is lifted with blocks unless you pay to replace the springs.
