They are not 3 volumes. Ford didn't break up them in volumes in '79 like they did in earlier years. Instead, it's just the names.
I have the complete set.

3) Pre-delivery, maintenance, & lubrication
4) 1979 Truck performance specifications
5) 1979 Light Truck Service specifications
6) 1979 Electrical & Vacuum troubleshooting
7) 1979 Truck Wiring Diagrams
8) 1979 Truck Emissions Diagrams
9) 1979 Ford Truck body builder's layout book
10) Ford 4WD troubleshooting
There was also another manual, it is the Light Truck Do-It-Yourself manual.
I have one entitled "1979 Medium/Heavy Truck Shop Manual--- Body, Chassis & Electrical" which is not on your list, but which appears to be part of the "complete set" (Same colors, cover art style, etc.) It has all of the stuff in the Light truck--"Body, Chassis & Electrical" volume, only it pertains to the F-B-C-L-600 through 9000 series. They share the same "Engine" Volume, which includes engines for all of these trucks. I also have that "Light Truck Do it Yourself Service Guide" , which has a somewhat different cover style.
