Pretty much the same story here Mike, I never seem to have the time to work on the truck as WORK takes up most of mine. I've been *needing*, not just wanting to do the in-tanks since I had some problems earlier in the year that I still attributre to bad, or dirty fuel. I think I may well find the primary pickup screen pretty well blocked, because the problem occured 4 or 5 times within a few weeks and not once since, but I have diligently kept more than a quarter tank at all times.
I'd also like to do a x-over but want to read more and make sure that I buy the right parts or kit. Would I be better putting a regulated return, for example, and if so, do I still need the FRx? Anyway, all things I'm pondering as we come into slower season here......
All the input is appreciated.

Well, here's my story David, I really wanted the RR but the cost is steep, I know, you get what you pay for but with three kids doing three different activities and economy issues, my wallet guided me to Clay's FRx kit, great system he put alot of time and coin into, highy recommended kit. Besides the regulator and ajustable fuel pressure switch, it works the same. Really excited to get it in. I should have did the priority mail instead of the UPS ground, now I want it here quicker..
Yes, the RR is pricey and I think I will ultimately have the fix I need with the in tank mods and a pre-pump filter. Sorry for the rookie questions, but that's what I am with this stuff, so here is the next one; If you do a FRx kit, like Clay's, are you supposed to change out the #8 injector for a stock one, or can you leave the (whatever it is) one in there?
