Vin # location????
Besides the sticker in the Drivers Door Frame does anyone know of any other locations of VIN #'s on 78/79 fords??? wanting to change cabs but the one I want is off a recontructed title and straight but dont know if it will work cause of Vin's .... thanks again for all the helps

does the same go for a 73?
So if I understand correctly it should be on top of the u-shaped frame rail around the engine mounting (sorry for the question, but I am not native english speaking so I do not understand all terminology)? Does anybody have a picture of this, because I cannot seem to locate my Vin as well.
