Will the solenoid pack for a 93 e4od go in my 95 e4od transmission. I know to harness plug in is not the same on the too but i have got the 95 e4od in my 93 and the harness will not hook into it. so i was going to buy a 93 pack and put it in so my harness will plug in to it. Will they be the same internally

if my memory serves me right they made a change in the packs in 94/95
switched a circuit relay or something from the pack to the computer
better hold off to make sure they aren't cheap
found this out my my 95 E250

One of the posters is thePUNISHER, he runs/owns Paul's Clutchboxes. He is well known in the E4OD world. He builds transmissions for a living. He has stated many times the solenoid packs are interchangeable from early to late model and vice versa. The first post shows the revised pin-out for the later model solenoid pack.

I would think a connector kit would be significantly cheaper than a new solenoid pack.
