Looks like heavy rain is foreacst over the next week or so in the Grande Prairie and south Peace River rigions. That's going to once again delay my drilling rigs. If this keeps up, I might not have much work to do this summer. Thanks goodness I'm on salary . .

Raining up here in McMurray now and has been for a few hours. So much for the forecast, it still says it is to be 26 and sunny. Ruined all my plans for the day. Oh well, sit at home now and drink some whiskey instead.

Stampede parade day, so it's another paid day off for those of us who work downtown Calgary. Going to golf and drink beer.
Just had my truck in to Northstar ford (formerly Crowfoot Ford) for the clockspring recall. they didn't have the parts, so despite making an appointment, I wasted that trip. I really hope Northstar is more organized than this. Crowfoot was always really good to me.
