EGPS numbers

I have a '99 7.3, I just put in an Edge evolution programmer and installed a boost fooler. I have recently noticed(last 3 days) in the mornings that after my truck is at opperating temp the EBPV will start openining and closing(hissing sound) while i am driving. I plugged my programmer back in cause it has a real time display on some of the sensors and the EBPS is one of those. At idle its reading 15.0 - 15.2.
I have replaced the EBPS tube and cleaned all parts concering.
What are the PSI numbers supposed to be for my EBPS? If the EBPS isnt my problem then what is causing the EBPV to cycle intermitently after warm up and driving down the road???

I guess you mean "EBPS" & "EBPV". But yeah, mine sits around 14-15 at idle as well. It should climb as boost climbs. If it does, the tube & sensor are good.
