Took it to a different dealership than the one that did the original gasket & stud job. They pulled the engine and found that the first dealership TOTALLY botched the first job. The first tech didn't torque the studs correctly and had two washers on two studs and none on two others. Missing other washers and bolts in random other areas.
Now that it's back, I cannot believe the difference. It runs amazing! My wife even noticed a difference, said it felt brand new. Spent a little out of pocket but the cost was mostly picked up by Ford and the supposedly the original dealership.
Process Question Scott: As I am in the early stages of building my Ex, did you experience any warranty issues with the EGR Deleted? Or was that done 'post-first stud install'??
