Speedometer cluster replacement issue

The cluster in my 05 Lincoln Town Car stopped working. I purchased a used cluster on eBay (same mileage) and was planning to replace it myself. Would it work if I just swap them? is it plug-and-play? would it need any kind of reprogramming from the dealer? Thank you.

Check out crownvic.net I think you'll need some reprogramming but they will know for sure over there.
