Nav compatibility in a 2010 Explorer

I want to install an OEM nav in my 2010 Explorer Sport Trac Limited. I am not sure if the 6cd changer nav unit is compatible with my vehicle. I have Sync with steering wheel controls. (voice, media, seek +/-, volume +/-, phone, and aux buttons)

The 2nd generation unit offers features that are not available to us in canada and therefore is not worth the extra cost if I can succeed with a 1st gen unit.

I haven't been able to get a definitive answer from anyone. Hoping to come across a knowledgeable member than can give me a push in the right direction.
