I really can't say it the swap will work or not.
Your going to have to add the antenna. If you have the steering wheel controls
then they should work. I know that my 2006 has the VSS signal in the headunit
factory plug.
one thing to do is look up a diagram of the audio system for both years and
see if they match up in the pin assignments in the plugs. If they do then you
might be ok.
Let me know if I can help.

If I were given the factory nav FREE I wouldn't do it now that I know how bad the mft is !!
We had nav in our 2012 f250 and it was passable, but got MFT on both 2013's and we stopped using it after a week of fighting with it...
Both now have Garmin's or tablets in them when we need nav...
Save your money and your headaches
go aftermarket!(oh, and I'm not slamming just ford's - IMHO, no mfg's nav are up to the aftermarket standards ! - the aftermarket HAS to offer more to be competitive - and I've tried a few mfg's, including Audi and GM's !)
The only way I will go now.
Pioneer SUCKS big chunks. between the missing NAV dat and the wrong turn onto an off
ramp. (Yes it told me to go the wrong way onto an off ramp. I did not) New unit had 3 year old
map data on a new unit and they wanted me to pay for the update. It also keeps
restting the play list on the iPhone and then with you want to use the voice command function you
have to wait for it to build the database each time you plug the phone in and you can use it without
having the phone plugged in. Pioneer AVIC-z130-BT. Biggest pile of crap I have ever used.

One of the things I did after my big mistake with the Pioneer.
I got it at the place I normally go and they said it was SO GOOD (BS is
my answer to that) I found out the Kenwood uses the Garmin GPS
engine. With all the GPS unites I have used I like the Garmin the best.
On other units I really can't say.
Right now I run the standalone Garmin and don't trust the Pioneer for anything.
