Where would the entry code be at in the glove box of an 04' F-350?
I don't believe those are in the glove box anymore, they moved them to behind the radio in an impossible place to read. You can remove the bottom dash panel (center) and look with a mirror up behind the radio it will be a white sticker with black number...or I would call all the dealers in my area to try and find one that would do it for free or really cheap!
Went by my local Ford dealer this morning to see if they would be kind enough to give my the code for my 05 Expedition. They service guy tells me I need to make an appointment and it'll cost me 60 bucks.
Can someone please confirm the location of the code for an 05 Expedition. I gather from all the posts that it is behind radio, but the location seems to have moved around throughout the years.
That is exactly what I did right to the service reps face. I will never go back there for anything. I would have given up a twenty for the code just to save myself a hassle, but sixty bucks is just idiotic.
I tried all of the numbers on the black box with the white label directly behind the brake pedal on our '01 Expedition without success. After which I got a light and looked around behind the pedal. I found a cream colored box with a large white label on it with the 5-digit code standing out prominently. However, it is not directly behind the brake pedal, it is behind it and to the left, with the label facing the passenger side of the vehicle. The box was hidden without using a flashlight. Hope this helps. I will try to post some pictures soon...
