Need help with PHP Hydra

I just got my Hydra tuner in the mail today and am having trouble with the hydraflash software. It keeps asking me for an activation code, nothing in the box says anything about a activation code and I can't find anything about it on their website (very frustrating). So if anyone has an activation code I can use or can tell me where to find one I would greatly appreciate it! PCM is currently out of truck and I really don't want to have to put it back in without putting tunes on the chip first (desktop computer).

Purchased the Hydra on Ebay through Rudys Diesel performance ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/171900719037?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT ). Unfortunately UPS did not deliver until after 6PM, by that time everyone was closed for the day so I could not contact PHP or Rudys with my issue.

If they preloaded the tunes then you should be able plug it in and go without registering.

Tunes were not preloaded.
Was able to try it on a different computer with a newer operating system and it worked fine. Kind of strange, when it was asking for the code it would not let me click on anything other action.
