ABS problem
Hello, I have an 1996 Ford Explorer XLT since new, the ABS brakes are coming on when I slow down while stopping. Is this a dirty detector problem and if so how would I go about rectifying this problem and is it a complicated procedure.

Explorer 99, ABS problem
I have exactly the same problem with my Ford Explorer 99.
The ABS system kicks in as I am just about stoping the vehicle. No error lights nor error readings when tapping into the computer.
Has anyone posted information on how to rectify this? BR
