Just bought this thing last week . 2005 F150 FX4 Scab(i guess lol) with 5.4L, 51000 miles on her, roush grille, tinted windows, tonneau cover, tow package i believe. Just washed, clay bar, polished and waxed this weekend. Shes a beauty and runs great. Sold the old 87 for 500 bucks and bought this one for 15500. Pretty good deal i feel. I think she needs some exhaust now, a CAI, and one of them levelin kits, what do yall think?
Thanks guys, just a quick question. With the leveling kit i'm looking at something half way decent in size, but not rediculous. I've seen up to 3" in size, but i think that wouldnt look alright, what would yall reccomend as far as height goes? And how complicated are these leveling kits to put on? The only coil over stuff i ever done is the rear end of our race car, and do they throw your alignment off at all? Thanks.
autospring 2.5" leveling kit is pretty much the standard around here. Sold on ebay for real cheap. As for the alignment, you will need to have it done after the kit.
instead of a CAI, you should look into the Gotts intake mod. Did it on both my 07s and helped with the seat of the pants feel. Also put a K&N fliter in her.

I got the 3" on my truck. I had to install an add a leaf also though. But thats what I wanted. I wanted as much height I could get for as cheap as possible. 3" made it just a little higher in the front then back and the add a leaf almost leveled it back out. The back is less then .25" higher.
