bored!!!!!!!!!-i just thought id use Tayln tool to take out the top end oil!

You dont have to change it, but its a good way to get things clean.

so is the cyringe for removing the top end oil Taylyn and if so which plug would i drain it from?

That's how you get the oil out of the HPOP, you pull the fill plug on the top and suck it out.
Then you fill it back up.
Mine takes almost a qt.

Like I said, you don't have too, but its something to do to get more old oil out.

kupiec, like william said, the plug is on the right. there are only 2 ports (locations) that will get you inside the hpop to drain.... the allen and the oil pressure sender. the stud and nut you have an arrow pointing to (along with the 4others just like it) will remove the entire resevoir. you dont want to do that just to change the oil
