Why do daycare parents ask you to hold a spot for over a month and then decide that they don't want to attend your facilities 2 days before their first day? Feel bad for Jamie, this has happened a few too many times already but this time it's ridiculous.

Why doesn't she charge a hold fee deposit? That way its free money for doing nothing if they back out.

Kinda hard to do that around Abilene, not many people that are looking for daycare here can afford to pay for daycare that they aren't receiving. It will definitely be her handbook now though, this was a special circumstance that Jamie was waiting for another daycare to close so she could get those kids, she really wanted them too since its one of the rare "stable" families that she has lined up. We'll see what exactly happens, still pretty peeved at the whole situation

Man Chad, hope you are felling ok now. Finding out a little bit about them strange BG readings this time around. It's tough but hang in there and take care of yourself. Bad when you do that and still have your BG numbers all over the place. Hope they get the cure figured out soon.
