why did I get a nastygram from a co-worker this morning for hanging up on him when he was being unreasonable, and (if I could spell it, buligerant). Why am I chomping at the bit to call him and tell him what a poor team player he is, and how I cover his his hiney for work, and in front of the bosses all the time! Why am I so angry that I haven't been home before 7pm every night this week, when he complains that he never gets to see his family, even when he gets home at 4-5 three out of 5 days this week. why am I thinking of making a list of all the things I want to yell at him for?

Why am I hoping its not me? :-) Naw I know who it is -- You probably should NOT make a written list-- those have a way of being missread and used against you. Hopefully confronting him in a calm and serine manner will help (if he stays that way)

Why am I not surprised that LMC despite running extra shifts out the ying yang and making just about everyone pull orders for almost a month we are still behind from the one day we closed because of snow?
