Thanks Moyock. Very helpful. Just found the specs on that hose here: Air-Water-Oil Hose
Hey Cav...thanks for the link...Now I know who makes it....although I thought it was good stuff....now that I know its Parker/Racor...I'm even more pleased.
Moyock - I just finished my custom closed system CCV re-route and added a couple photos and info to an album. You should be able to access the same way I viewed yours I believe. Oh, I ended going with a very heavy duty Nitrile/Buna N one inch diameter hose as I could not locate a Parker dealer around my area with the stuff you used. In all, I put a lot of research into this custom unit and only used the best materials. Let me know what you think and thanks again for your help as your install info was really helpful.

May we please see some pictures?
Would it also be possible to get a materials list?
Let me know what you think and if you still want a material list I will put it together for you. The mounting bracket for the unit is a custom welded piece that I fabricated. It fits 2 pre-existing frame holes perfectly so you do not have to drill any new holes in your truck. The mounting bracket is also sized for the unit perfectly.

Cav, yea it would be great to get a material list, if ya got the time..looks great man.
Ok, I will get all the part sources and part numbers together for you guys along with any other info. Might take me a few days but I will post it back here when complete.
Cav, Very nice setup. Your pictures were great too. Can I assume that the screen is the 80 mesh? I plan to copy what you have done in a couple weeks. Reps to you.

I used the 40 x 36 which is the coarser opening mesh. I wanted to leave it a little more "open" rather than going with some of the other finer screen options. The part number is 9875K221 at Mcmaster-Carr online. The nice thing about this setup is you can simply add additional copper or stainless potscrubber material to the bottom of the bowl if you want more oil coelescing effect. The 1.5 inch unit is large enough that it allows space for that within the confines of the mesh at the bottom. This way it stays in place and easily visible at the bottom. I thought I had previously posted the entire materials list somewhere in this thread.
Hows the clear canister been working out? Any reason why you chose to mount on the frame rail and not in the engine bay like the original poster?
Clear canister is definately the way to go in my opinion. Easy visual inspection is nice to have. The unit works out great. This unit will not fit under the hood as in the configuration from EZ-Ford. His unit is the much smaller 3/4 inch inlet and outlet. The one I chose to go with is a 1 1/2 inch inlet/outlet unit. The size and volume of the unit is much larger. It will flow much more vapor volume than a 3/4 unit. Also, I believe his truck is a newer 6.0 and mine is a year 2000 7.3 and the underhood area which he used to install is much larger than mine in that same under hood area. I did look into installing it like he did in that area but there is no way in my rig.
