So you can't defend your "common sense" remark. That's just a diversion.

Sorry, Bruce.......... No disrespect intended here, but this WTC conspiracy thing smells just as bad as, alien spacecraft at Area 51/Groom lake, the limo driver turning around and shooting Kennedy, or bigfoot throwing rocks at people, or a cruise missile hitting the Pentagon.................I am just not buying ANY of it......It cheapens and diminishes the lives lost on that horrible day.

No, it does not.

You are just throwing some barbs to show that you subscribe to the conventional lack of wisdom.

Guys, out of respect for the OP and his original intent with this thread, I started a new thread here to debate the theories behind the 9/11 incident:

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...ml#post7929931

If you feel so inclined, let her rip.

I started it in the club because we all know that at some point, politics are going to come into play so rather than have it moved later, I put it there now.

The pancake theory is bunk. Video evidence shows the towers falling at free-fall speed. Characteristic of a controlled demolition.

That said I do support the war. War is as old as civilization itself, and to think America should be any different is naive, if not subversive. The world should be grateful it's America occupying the Middle East, and not China.

What troubles me is that the government had to lie. I think this is a problem that can be traded back to Vietnam. Back in the 1960's, America was the richest and most powerful country on earth. Each generation more prosperous, and more egalitarian than the one before it. Black people were getting the right to vote. More and more people were able to go to college. Having a job that allowed you to own a house and an automobile were taken for granted. It was truly a golden age.

Yet you had people going around carrying copies of Mao's red book. Promoting drug use, sexual promiscuity. And filling a whole generation's heads with their utopian bull****.

Kids today think they can have their cake and eat it too. They want to be rich and sucessful, without having to work. They want respect, without any kind of learning or accomplishment. And they want wealth and security, without having to fight for it. But like the saying goes, "freedom isn't free". Nothing worth fighting for is free.

websthes, you are just as lost in the brink of conspiracy as Bdox. I really love the idea of thermite being used as the girders were cut. Yes, the damn girders were cut, more than likely with a plasma cutter so they could be loaded. When the building was built, they had to use extended trailers to get the beams to the site. They were brought in through the normal streets and had to be escorted. The damn beams were cut as they had to be removed from the basement of the building, up a ramp and hauled to the inspection site without an effing escort.

It is alway saying that the Government had to Lie. Lie about what, may I ask. I know, Bush Lied. That is all I hear, Bush Lied. I am so sick of that phrase. Can you actually prove that Bush Lied about anything. Hell No! (Even a congressman has stood up and accused mr media of lying. He has no proof, but did it anyway. By the way, I am not taking sides with mr media. I despise the man, but he is the President and I have to respect the Office, but not the man.)

There is photos of the planes hitting the towers and of the low flying plane before the Pentagon. I know, I know, you say a missle hit it. The hole is not big enough. That is Just BS. An aluminum frame hitting reinforced concrete will disintergrate.

As for the plane in Pennsylvania, only the Air Force knows if the passengers brought it down or if they shot it down. My belief is that it was shot down when it would not respond to radio communications.

I just cannot figure you guys out. I know that you question everything involving the government. If you don't like the USA or the Government, just get the ef out and find another location that is to your liking, like maybe Cuba.

Paul, that was a really crappy post. Out of all that, I think you got about three words that were correct. And your conclusion is just stupid. If you cannot "figure you guys out" then you must have your head inserted into a very dark place. I suggest you put a chain around your neck and rent a tractor to pull it out.

Even if plasma cutters were used to clean up the debris. This does not rule out the possibility thermite charges were used to engineer the collapse. Or the fact the government's "pancake" theory doesn't hold water.

The whole western world is trapped in this mental straight jacket of political correctness, forcing people to lie, pretending to like people we don't really like.

I think there are many good reasons for America to increase its influence in the Middle East as George Bush and his allies have done. The people of the Middle East might not agree. But since when have great nations consulted others?

I put my faith in our way of life. I think it's been subverted by leftists, who have filled peoples heads with the notion that being proud of your country and traditional values are bad. That we need to embrace other cultures as our equals, no matter how screwed up they are.

And it's a mode of thinking that is even spreading to the right. With this idea that it is unpatriotic to criticize your leaders, that you should respect a man because he holds an important position. That to me is very frightening. Because it undermines all the things that make life worth living. I want to be free to speak my mind.

Guys, we really should take advantage of the offer powerstroke72 gave us to post in the club. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...ml#post7929931 This thread is starting to smell with all the profanity and political talk. It's disappointing that a memorial thread would get turned into a conspiracy debate.
