The standard Walker Y-Pipe is WLK-45166. However, I've never read of anyone putting them on an Econoline, so I'm not 100% sure if it'll fit around the frame. Should be no issues bolting to the engine though, and I guess if necessary, it can be modified.
Also, keep in mind it's 2.5", which is bigger than stock.

MR a bronco man,
paul here, 1 more thing for thruth & fun. i believe i know why you never seen that wlk y on 350 vans because you good ole boys out there in gods country dont think much of vans, you boys aint got no use for em near as i can tell..as i have said i live in md just outside of the dc line. my clan is 5 gen in berwyn md BUT, its not the same here any more HERE. my next eldest brother moved to the show me state years ago, he always was smarter than me. i just came back from a 4 month stay with him i carthage, just outside of joplin. its pickup and duelie country hardcore period i said bro 1st off wheres all the the tailgaits. everybody smiled, you hillbilly city, we dont use out here they just get in the way. and so and so on.i will tell you the truth, we were taught and brought up under the old ways, around dc for us, its like living on a bad planet. but you know what, i aint concerned no more. when iwas with bro we where in ok,ark,mo kansas and 1more for jobs. the good ole USA still lives. trust me, everything will be OK. carry on boys. later pk md.

If I understand correctly, a 3-way cat is just a newer design that filters out more pollutants than the old style. They used to put on multiple cats (I've seen some vehicles with up to three), and now they can just put one on simply because it's so much more efficient.
On my '81, my new 3-way cat was a fraction the size of the old one, and it was so much more efficient I passed smog without any of my emissions equipment hooked up (EGR valve, smog pump, etc.)
You can see the size difference of the old '81 cat vs. the new 3-way.
