2004 Tilt Steering Lever
My tilt steering lever broke today or should I say I assume it broke today. My wife was trying to adjust the tilt steering and when she released the lever it just popped and is dangling there still inside the dash. The steering never released and is still locked in the position I drive it in but I would like to know if this is fixable and how do I go about getting to it. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I believe that the lever screws into the release mechanism. Are there threads left on the lever? Either the lever backed out of the mech. or it broke and the stub if broken off flush will need to be drilled and easy outed.
