Not sure we can narrow it down to 07, here is the intake manifold you can read through and the engine oil cooler. This should get you fairly close. You said trans cooler?

I would still advise people to save their own copy. App. 4 years ago there was access to the Ford Factory Manuals here and some how they disappeared as did the link to retrieve them.
