Well I am about to go get some 3/16 steel tread plate to fix my trailer decking problem. I thought about re-decking it with treated lumber, but steel is cheaper and will be a faster long term fix.
Even have a guy that can shear cut it for me, so it will not look like a half arsed job.

I doubt i'm going to let it get that far from home this year since i'v still got so many projects going on with it, but it will make it to one of these damn G2G's. I'm still planning on being at the G2G though.
I have been told its got blow by on the #1 piston, but it runs great, just smokes outa both valve covers caps, alot more than normal, no smoke out of the exhaust.
And when driving it has a pressure leak outa the oil pan, in the front passenger side corner. I will get to it after I get the title issue (it was lost by PO) fixed.
I'll keep you posted on what I find out/try to figure the problem.
So yesterday I tried to swap the pullies on the 302 from serpentine to my normal v-belt, but the pullies dont clear. Guess i need to swap pumps and find a smaller crank pully, ugh!
Morning all, well found a fresh rebuilt 460 complete with C-6 going to get it for Penny's rig, the price is right. I got a Eldelbrock Performer intake for a 460 the other day and have that extra Edelbrock Carb to top it of.
Along with those L&L fenderwell exit headers from the Spg swap meet, gotta go clear a space in the lift bay to set the eng.
