convert push button to floor shift.

is it possible to convert my truck to a floor shift style rather than push button. i know someone with an 89 f250 he that has a c6 tranny 460 and floor shift. so could i take the transfer case and put it in mine and have a floor shift or not.
thanks

IIRC you only need to remove the motor on the T-case and bolt a lever in its place Then cut a hole in the floor w a boot

so just to make sure we're on the same page. all i need to do is unbolt my motor from my case and bolt a lever onto my case. no transfer case swap required?
