Push Button Shift for an Automatic
I have a 60 4 speed. I am thinking about converting it to an automatic, but I don't want that shifter coming out of the floor. I saw on one of the cable auto shows where they installed an electric shift mechanism on the transmission that was controlled by a little electronic gadget that was mounted on the dash. All they did was push the button and the tranny shifted to the designated position. Does anybody have any information on that conversion?
