96 7.3 running rough
replaced
fuel pump,fuel filter,IPR
Truck still running rough and getting code for ICP 1211...I took the ICP off my 2001 to see if it fixed it but didnt..When I pulled it out could hear pressure releasing.. If I unplug ICP to see if it runs better the motor dies..Do I need ICP ??

Is the oil full? Is the oil old? Is your HPOP good?

oil is good just changed it..
when I pulled the ICP it let off pressrue and put back in the truck ran better for a short period..then it started acting up again..the code also said was getting to much pressure.. Will check out your 2 links...ty

mostly after its warm ..
do u mean IPR because I replaced that.
if HPOP be low on oil make it run rough ??

To check the HPOP oil level unscrew the hexagon screw head on top of the HPOP reservor. The oil should be 1/4" from the top of the hole.
