Should i put a chip on my truck if i hace almost 300 thousand miles?

i have a superchip model 1705. its an ok chip but i would reccomend one of these 3 companies- power hungry performance, total diesel performance, dp tuner.

all 3 have about the same price and give you a nice multi-posistion chip that is adjustable on the fly.
