That's the second one of those that I've seen. I'm in the process of rebuilding a crashed PC at home or I'd have posted pics of the other one. When I get it fixed, I'll add it to this thread.
The story on it is this: I saw it in April 2010 near Lake Wales, FL. The owner had an expense RV and was spending the week at one of the fish camps near there. He had a Ranger 350V boat on top, and a small 4 seat sedan on the bottom.
But he claimed that he made his. Since I'd never seen one, I believed him. And with the kind of money that he had invested in his vehicles he was certainly capable of just buying one if he had wanted....
