0603 and 1211 codes

my 04 f250 with a 6.0 threw the p)603 today and I put it back to stock and it still trows the code when you start it up ( every time) truck runs fine though, little hesetent to let the wife drive it incase it craps out. I have a Edge Evolution that was in the lowest setting (15 hp) when this started this morning, I have never put it any higher than that though

I'm thinking your batteries are low and/or the connections are corroded to the point that the cranking voltage drops too low for the computer to tolerate, but still just enough to allow the engine to start.
