Morning Scott. Good to see one of you guys awake this morning! He was probably up partying late, Steve, the chapter leader of the southern Cal chapter was supposed to meet up with him and pick up some wheels for one of the guys in the Delaware Chapter. Steve is heading to the All truck Nationals in PA. I'm going to meet him here in the morning for breakfast.

I'll have to head to work after breakfast. What's the weather like up that way, has it been pretty cool? It's been weird here, only 1 day in the 90's in July. Going to be hot this week, though.

Good morning Wyoming. Not much left of it but I hope it is going well for all of you. I met up with Steve this morning for breakfast and the wheels are now East Bound.

While I am at it this morning, I need to change my signature. Did a little fooling with the timing and the shift points on the race truck and ran a 11.54 @117 on Saturday.

Hey Miles. Good to hear you got Steve on his way here. How was your weekend, other than the track. And, what was the time you had up before?

Weekend was good Pat. Saturday at the track, Sunday in Ft Collins looking around and taking pictures. Going tomorrow to get our second Ford. A 2008 Ford Escape XLT. Seemed like a nice car when we looked it over on Saturday.

The best time before Saturday was a 11.76 at 114. we removed the exhaust, changed the spark plugs, and changed the timing from 28 to 30. Might add 2 more degrees to clean up the plugs a little more. It is just a tad fat and i would rather mess with timing a little and leave the carb alone.

Good morning everyone, I have as usual been busy and am at this moment heading off to be of all things a boat mechanic this morning..............never saw that coming, at least I will have something normal like a seized shaft and broken u-joint in the midst of a New Holland swather this after noon to add normal to my life. The fellow has been working on his broken swather for 3 days as of yesterday so should get in around midnight if all works well.

Got the latest on the road trip to Yellowstone..........my friend and I are scheduled to leave here Thursday morning getting back Friday night. Should be fast paced as personaly I would have taken at least one more day but should still be fun. Gotta run and will check in again in the morning. Take care and be safe.

Good Morning Miles, Orin. Had the opportunity to have breakfast with Steve and Gail this morning, SoCal's chapter leader. Great people, nice to chat face to face for once! Orin, you guys will have to boogie to see all of Yellowstone in that short of time!

How was yesterdays leg of there trip Pat? I warned them about Nebraska's "Open Spaces". Not that there is much better scenery to see along 1-80 in Wyoming.

He said it was a pretty good trip. He said it wasn't as bad as everyone out west was telling him. Said there was lots to look at. Lots and lots of corn!!

The only thing that they noticed about Wyoming was the miles and miles of snow fence designed to keep the 100 mph wind from blowing the interstate closed with 8' snow drifts.
