yeah, that probably put a damper on things!!LOL! Do they do that often, let you bring your dog in? That would be kind of neat, but with our security right now, I can't even bring my wife or kids in here. I'm thinking the wife would be upset if the dog could come in, but not her!
I didn't really ask. Just brought him in and he has been her all day. Probably wouldnt be here if the general was around but it is our thursday/friday so no one is around.

Hey Miles, how's it going? I'm going to be busy here the next few days. I have all of next week off, so I've got to make sure everything is done before then. Looking forward to tearing into the 67 next week!
What are you plans for the 67 Pat? Keep it stock of slap a 557 into it?
My weekend was great. Took the truck to the track on Sunday. Had a bunch of problems all day...dead batteries, missing alternator belt, leaky trans pan, oil pan leak, crankcase vent not working at idle and pushing oil out the dipstick; however we still won our class. 20 cars in Pro Et so we went 5 rounds. Won $300 and a nice Plaque. The coolest thing was I never changed the dial-in all day. Dialed a 11.77 and ran either 11.77 or 11.78 every run except one where it ran a 11.668. So we broke out but the other guy was worse. Lost a little over a tenth due to the CCV. i ran with it on during the first time trial and it ran 11.68 and then 11.70 with it for tt3. Thinking about a vacuum pump for next year.

Miles, good to hear you ran well despite all the problems! I plan on doing a frame off resto on the 67, won't be completely stock, though. I'm swapping out the 300-6 cyl. for a 390 I have, with the GT heads. I'll warm it over, but nothing too radical. I'm also going to try and adapt a late 70's/80's four or five speed and transfer case to the 390. I'll probably give it a lift too, maybe 3-4 inches.
