Well the guy I'm working for pussed out this morning.
Didn't bother to call until I was already at the job and had setup the saws, compressor etc...
He said something about being up on a scorching aluminum plank in full sun all day.
How does anyone get any work done???
This is Goldilocks crap. This day's too hot, this day's too wet, bla, bla bla..
My productivity is much better in ideal conditions but I usually bid a job, have a deadline or other trades scheduled to work around.
There's always a motivation to finish and get onto the next job.
My progress was good last week and the homeowners were happy with the quality.
This is just some pickup work I found. Paid per diem, but I think the guy is either milking it or perhaps he has other issues.
Meh. If I had known, I could have found something else to do today.
