Dave, I hate the smart cars. to me, theyre not very smart. theyre dangerous. in europe, where everyone drives small cars there ok, but here in the US with our big toys, not so much....
that ballast train was headed to somewhere known to the railroad as Brook Interlocking. it is about 2 miles from the station (where I shot the video from). Brook Interlocking is where all the work is currently taking place. I took a video of the work equipment, well, working, but in my excitement to make sure I had enough memory card left to record the work train, I deleted it. oh well. this was much better anyways lol

Evening CT...Smart cars...huh...one passed me on 91 North the other day...I was travelling along at 72-73...it had Quebec plates on it. Bet those folks had some saddle sores!!!
How smart are they??? They cost around $15Gs...get around 40 mpg...require premium fuel...and...carry 2 people. A Focus costs around $15Gs...gets upper 30s MPG...runs on regular fuel...carrys 4/5...and...is built in America.

Ken:
I don't know if Europe has dedicated premium grade fuel pumps.
I haven't seen any in a long time around here.
Got to figure that the hose at least is still full or regular, and one is likely to get at least a gallon of that stuff out of the hose before the premium fuel ever reaches the tank.
That's been an issue with the Harley riders for a long time.
