Door Ajar Problem
I have an issue. Today when I hit my alarm, it chirped twice indicating that a door was open. I checked all the door (passenger doors, and the tailgate and window). When I got to work, I noticed that the door ajar light was on the entire time I was driving (once again all doors closed). I had to pull the fuse for the interior and tailgate lights to keep from draining the battery, but the door ajar indicator light is still on when I drive. I'm not the most mechanical person on here, but was wondering if this is a problem that someone else has had and know a simple solution to, or should I just go ahead and take my truck to the dealer.

Door Ajar Problem
Thanks. I have isolated the issue to the tailgate. Where is the sensor on the tailgate located. I am poised and ready with a can of WD-40 in my hand and ready to soak anything that squeaks, sticks, or is stuck.
