Ken's right (again!)- check with the Attorney General in your state to see what your lemon-law status is, because Ford is most definitely in the business of SELLING vehicles, not buying them back!
Ford's Policy is ".........to fix the vehicle to the customer's satisfaction........." I already tried to get them to buy mine back because of the vibrations that they tell me are normal.....and they told me that ford will fix them but the dealer says there's nothing to fix....and i keep going round and round and round and round with these people. i am to the point i may be buying one of those vehicles with the Zero zero zero commercials and i told them that.but they still haven't fixed it
Thanks for the input. Sounds like I may have a chance considering there is a documented service history where Ford acknowledges the shudder or vibration and has tried to fix it. If this latest attempt doesn't work, I may request some kind of return or buy back deal. In defense of the dealership, they have been extremely profesional and helpful (loaner car,...)
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 18-Dec-02 AT 10:11 AM (EST)]What year vehicles are you guys having vibration issues with???? I just had my '03 EB Expedition in, and the dealer needed to balance all four tires, and it still seem to vibrate more than my old '00 Expy did....
