Is this a '95 psd computer?

I bought a '95 psd computer as it was listed and when I got it, it is black and about 4 inches wide by 6 tall and 1 1/4 thick and appears to be a molded unit. It says "single Rear Wheels Only" and has numbers that say F5TF-2C018-AA S 0548640 CIV
Can anyone identify this?
could it possibly be a TCU for the transmission or something?

where is it located on the truck? What does it do? I didn't think the obs 7.3's had much for abs brakes. Is it worth anything?

It's lives behind the glove box. There is one for single rear wheels and another for duals.
RABS only and not 4WABS.
