Differential problems
Well Hello all 1999.5 f250 Super Duty 7.3l 10.5 3.73 rear end,pinon seal was leaking , cover was leaking from pitted holes,rear end was making a whinging noise took cover off used a wire wheel to clean cover an epoxied holes an sanded smooth cleaned out pumpkin an found metal chunks about the size of pencil eraser heads at bottom an plenty of shavings in there as well as on magnet fill plug. reassembled cover to housing an refilled to capacity an with friction modifier
also changed abs sensor on rear diff made my speedo work correctly an cruise work for about a 1000 miles an abs light went out now its doing it again how far do you think ill have to rebuild differential thanks any advice would be helpfull

i have a 91 bronco and swaped a 9 inch in it and reay for a front solid axle swop. BUT i need to know my gears in my 9 inch id tag number is FE-AB 6MD L25 9 38

It will make a diff in the speedo readings but 4.11 is a nice ratio.
