6.0 Trans. cooler install update....
After removing the old stock trans. cooler and replacing it with the 6.0 cooler I cant believe my trans. has lasted 195,000 miles,Im trying to get pictures uploaded...arg.

You have to use their link. Just copy the code in the window that says "Forum" or something and just paste it here. That's what I do from both Photobucket and Webshots.
The code should look something like this (I inserted a couple spaces in there so you could see it instead of the pic):

So this is my last post tonight -- gotta hit the rack. Too little sleep last night, and I have to get up at 5:30 tomorrow am.
Here are my before & after temps on the same 30 mile drive home, about the same outside temps:
Stock cooler:
26-row 6.0L cooler. About a 50° drop in trans temp!

Since you're using webshots, click the pic in the album you want to post. Scroll down a little, and there will be a widow that says "link to this picture". Click the rectangle where it says "600" -- that picks the largest size you can post -- 600 pixels, wide or tall, depending on orientation. If you don't click that, you'll get a 100 pixel picture (a thumbnail or avatar size pic). Then copy the text in the box under "post in a forum", and just paste in the reply window. You don't have to do anything else.
And yes, your cooler was VERY plugged up! Here's one of your pics:

Hey guys,Im not sure(havent researched it yet)where to get Schaeffers synthetic trans. fluid around here,but I was wondering what other kind of syn. trans. fluid is good for our trannys.Now that I have my 6.0 cooler installed,I want to do a flush and start running syn. fluid.Thanks....

I went to Mobil 1 shortly after I bought the truck. I don't have an aftermarket temp gage, but the tranny seemed to be a lot smoother.
