fuel milege

What are you getting for fuel milege for the 6.0L diesel prefebly the 04 engine

I just did a 3500 mile round trip from San Diego, CA to Chama, NM, up to Colorado and back through Kanab, UT. Beautiful trip. We were towing a 6200 lbs. 30ft trailer the whole time. We got about 11.7 MPG. And I have an '04 6L Excursion, Eddie Bauer edition. Not towing I usually get between 13 and 14MPG. But I don't have E rated tires and they have an agressive tread on them. Hope that helps.
