2004 door entry code

Call the dealer and they may be able to tell you where to find it w/o taking it in. I recall hearing from a Ford service or sales guy that there is a label hidden somewhere in the cab w/ the code. Either that or they can look it up somewhere.

There should be a plastic card (looks like a credit card) with the owners manual that gives the the over ride code from the factor to reset the code to what you want. There should also be a sticker somewhere on the cab with the same info, not sure where the sticker is on a 2004 truck. On cars it is usually on the trunk lid, so its probably on the door jam somewhere.

the code sticker is on a computer module mounted to the back cab wall, I think on the driver's side. I believe you can pry back the trim panel and peek in there and you can see the sticker with the 5-digit code.
