Question Offer for '02 Escape?

I need everyone's honest opinion.

I drive a 2002 Ford Escape (3.0 V6) that I am looking at selling. It has 78,252 miles as of today. You will see in the pics below though that it does have body damage.

Here are things I have done in the last year: New Axel Seals, New Master Brake Cylinder, New CV Joints, New Battery, New Brakes (pads), New Spark Plugs, Fixed Cylinder Misfire, New Power Window Motor, New Tires (have 3k miles on them), New Door Handle Mechanism, and New Power Switches on Driver's Side Door. I have all recipts for the work that has been done.

The Bad - The passenger side front door is dented in and the car has hail damage. However, the quote to get the door fixed is $1100 at the chapest, but I know a guy who will do it for $700 something. The dent in the door CAN be pulled out. The hail damage is light enough to do the old dry ice trick.

The damage on the door is ony the bottom half, not the whole door.

And the white stuff around the window is tape, and yes, I will remove it before selling ;P

My main point: What would you offer for this vehicle? I am lost as to what I should ask for it (i'm thinking $3k-$3.5k range). Take into consideration the body condition, but also the new parts.

Ah, that's minor compared to what I drive. I'd start at 4k and let them talk you down some.

I really have to wonder. Maybe you should trade it in?

It is a $1200 vehicle, might make a good clunker for trade in on a Toyota hybrid or something.
