Welcome to the forum. You can get about 22-23psi to the sensor before it throws a code somewhere around 24ish. But that's all mine ever sees

Welcome to FTE. As Kris alluded to, the PCM will throw a code around 24 psi, but there are ways to make sure the PCM never sees more than 22 psi, even if your boosting over 30, or 40, or 50. But to do that repeatedly, you'll need to upgrade the turbo too.

I have a gauge that plugs into the map. How can I not let the PCM read more than 22 psi and still us my boost gauge?

You'll have to get an OBA, or OverBoost Annihilator or however you spell it. It replaces your MAP line so you could just move your boost fitting to the line on the OBA. Talk to Clay, he'll hook you up!

Yes, S400, 75-76mm, same compressor as Swamps BFH, whatever you want to call it. It's 1/8" from the cylinder head, and rubbed on the wiper cowl to the point where i had to get the BFH out to make some space..
